Dispensationalists are like Evolutionists

Interesting read. While I do agree that date setting in regards to prophecy, especially the coming of the rapture is pretty absurd, I do disagree with his comments about the nation of Israel. The destiny of the world is centered upon the nation of Israel because Israel is Gods timepiece. The rebirth of Israel in 1 day is prophetic fulfillment of Isaiah 66:8, "Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children." There is no denying this. And while the nation as a whole is far from God at the moment, it all lines up with prophecy. Jesus said that He will not return until the Jews acknowledge Him as Lord and Savior. "For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord." (Matthew 23:39) So of course Jews in the land today aren't going to be messianic. The book of Revelation clearly teaches us that the Jews will accept the anti-christ first. The book of Daniel also teachs this as well. In order for this to happen, the land of Israel must be filled with non-believers at first. But when the anti-christ goes into the temple midway through the tribulation period and defiles it by claiming that He is God, the jews will turn to the Lord and call out to Him as their Messiah. So the writer of this article is clearly ignorant of the conditions that must be present during the end times.
