I think he can based on the recent wu album. If he takes what he did on that wu album and recreated it, it's possible. Maybe he needs to let someone else like RZA or Math oversee it. Maybe get 9th wonder involved and keep Redman close for hooks and a few guest verses

I think the super producer route might affect the cohesiveness of the album and have him just start picking the best beat instead of what's best for the album imo
