Could 'magic' exist in other universes?

Different physics/constants would lead to different occurrences, I see no reason to call these occurrences "magic" though.

Maybe, to be honest I don't know enough about this shit. But if so, it wouldn't really be magic, just different laws of physics and nature from our own.

But then again "magic" could exist in this universe. I personally think that given the time to learn our bodies our minds can do some really really crazy shit.
