Is it true that cops kill random black guys and claim that it was gang related?

i remember my homeboy who lives in a condo in chicago said,when he went to to balcony to take a smoke, he saw cops bust at some guys standing on the corner for nothing and a few lying on the ground crawling.

when the rest of the crooked cops came they talked for some minutes ,ambulance came,then he said one cop replied,it was gang shooting

Im wondering damn how many incidents like this happened where cops lied that shootings were gang related

i heard they cause confusion in the black community saying shootings are gang related so niggaz can fight among each other

just when a cop shoots a black man he will claim it was gang related

Cops and Gangs are far from the same.Can Cops be corrupt? Of course,but Cops choose to be corrupt which goes against the oath they took.Gangs are meant to be violent and harm others for their own personal gain.Are you saying that this country would be better without police presence?

what???????????????????? oh man, you haven't got the experience to speak about it. Cops would take the dope and resell it to the streets at an upcharge. Essential you just gave the cops an excuse. Asking that last question really doesn't make any sense. If they are upholders of the law then they should uphold the law, not pervert for their own personal gain. Most gangs, especially inner cities ones, are products of the environment created by the government. The crack epidemic shows this. Cops and the gangs are the same. You merk a cop, they merk you. Gangs do the same. The list could go on for days. Gangs wear their colors and the other gang wears their shield.

I disagree with what he said, but the bold actually is agreeing with him on some cops choosing to be corrupt, not all...just like it's clear that not all gang bangers are out there robbing, murdering, and fucking people up on a daily basis...that's where cops and gang bangers are the same...some choose to take their status and use it do foul shit under the name of what they represent (shield, random gang color, it's all the same shit)
