Eminem has little to no relevance in the black community. Like it or not, rap was created by Blacks, is defined by the Black experience in America, and is pretty much "regulated" by the opinions of Blacks ages 14-25. True, all the top selling artists have White fans, but many of them are also highly regarded and have just as huge fanbases in the Black community. The same cannot be said for Eminem. He was at most given the head nod by Black people. He was completely carried by White people.

but it is also a fact and no secret that other black succesful rap artists who are succesful in sales wether it be jay z, nelly, kanye west, nas, snoop, biggie or 2pac majority of their record sales come from white consumers as well since 80% of hip-hop album's is purchased by white people

so i don't understand why people make it seem like white people buy eminem's records but act like 2pac or biggie's diamond selling album's weren't purchased by the same white people

furthermore other white artists like paul wall, bubba sparxx and asher roth have not been succesful in the sales depertment so the moral of the story is people will buy records from talented artists who make hit's and who they can relate too and these artists have been people like 2pac, eminem, jay z, nas, outkast, nelly, kanye west etc
