The Manning family place ethics ahead of success, but there is no one in there total life span that has not commented sin. The only problem is where God forgives, the media never ever does!

The vast majority of people do not sexually harass someone and ruin their career. I guess Manning shouldn't give it a second thought with people who are blinded by his success.

My understanding on the sexaul assualt was that he mooned someone during his college years at Tennessee. If there's more to it than that, then I think the writer of this article should say so. If there isn't much more to it than that, then my only question would be why not say he was accused of sexual assault after mooning a person?

He did moon a female while at Tennessee, I recall a public apology and that was the end of it. Happened in the locker room with numerous football players present.

Remember this is a newspaper article and at this point there are no accusations other than by the writer. No arrest has been made, no charges filed and nothing presented to a judge or jury.

How come the media always tries to degrade and bring down our heros? I don't see lead stories on all the good that he or other do.

My brother was at the school at this time and he said thara was a smear campaign against Peyton because some of the faculty wanted one of the black quaterbacks to start. It was well known by the students there that he was the target of false accusations and that the support of his family and students were the only thing stat stopped him from being railroaded.

well this makes for an interesting situation to say the least. this speaks to possible corruption, conspiracy, coercion/intimidation, and bribery. it will be quite interesting to see how this plays out.
hopefully the truth will win out and reputations will either be reinforced or destroyed.

Mooning. 24-25 years ago. Seriously! Sexual assault! Ridiculous! Let's keep the diversions coming. How about some real news for a change.

This is BS and gossip. If you write a story like this and can't prove a thing you best be ready for a lawsuit, and you deserve it. News doesn't sell unless it borders on the negative. The world would be a better place without this guy, CNN, and Fox.

White fans are going crazy, right now. Probably praying it's an african-american or latino so they can blame her. Then again, there are more important issues, like Cam's press conference walk out.
