Hard to Earn and Step into the Arena are better albums. Although "Above the Clouds" and the Scarface joint are stand out tracks off this, a lot of good songs.

timeless album...their other releases might have been higher regarded when they were released but in my opinion this one doesnt sound dated even today in contrast to the rest. if that doesnt seal the deal for you, inspectah decks verse on above the clouds will.

One of the greatest. Premo and Guru were in rare form on this one. Work, Above the Clouds, Royalty, JFK 2 LAX, way too many. 2nd verse on Moment of Truth takes deeper meaning now since Guru died too.

Life Story went platinum, was an incredibly dope album and got a 4.5 mic rating in the Source back it meant something. That album is dope as fuck, i remembered it came out the same day as Beanie's debut album and it definitely was better than the Truth.
