That headline misses the point. There is a black lady cop and an old white cop. The white cop arrested the lady cop 25 years ago when she was a civilian (and bragged about fucking her up) and now she's his superior (ether) and he's way butthurt about it and tried to get her subordinates to mutiny against her to get her fired.
