Yeah, but that's not all that accurate either. There comes a point of a mixture where it's simpler to identify it as that mixture than it is the product of the things that made it up. When you see something that is orange you call it "orange" not "red/yellow." It should really be the same way. Hispanics are black/white/indigenous. They are so mixed, that they should be identified as such i.e. mulatto, mestizo, whatever.

This isn't a surprise at all to me. Most or at least half Mexicans consider themselves white and so do most Puerto Ricans. Puerto Rico is about to build a huge statue of Christopher Columbus, one of the biggest colonizers in history. What does that tell you lol. Most studies I've seen on the matter say that the majority of people in the Carribbean and South America are mixed. Hell, in more than one country, there was was much mixing that they provided incentives to get Euros to relocate just to lighten the population. Lot's of people make claims about being able to trace their lineage. I was watching this documentary on the Swahili and in this one town pretty much everyone claimed they were Persian and could trace their roots directly to some big named Persian family. All of these people were about 3 shades darker than you (if that's you in the pic). That says something.

You should watch that Blacks in Latin America series someone posted here recently. It's interesting.

U missing the point... there latinos with natural blonde hair and blue eyes white, latinos that look like any other black man and those that have an Idgieounous/native american look...
