False, BP2 is Jay-z at his peak as a mc to me, he just fucked up and put too many songs on that album. Hovi Baby is probably Jay-z best song from a technical aspect (flow, delivery, lyricism) and the rest of that album had some classic songs (U don't know remix, Meet the parents,etc). Kindome Come was a bad album imo, aside from The Prelude, Lost Ones, and Kingdome Come, and Beach Chair, the production was extremely poor.

out of the 20 sum songs on b2.....i only listen to about 6 of them at this point (meet the parents,i did it my way,some how some way etc). b2 is the least played jay album n my collection and i got all jay albums.kc, on the other hand, i can listen to that album all the way through(with a few skips) the only unlistenable song is hollywood...that sht terrible.
