ny boy out there told me that adams told fisher they were keeping Young and that Fisher could still remain the coach, and after hearing the news Fisher said, "I'm not coaching that immature crybaby anymore" and he walked out of the room. so adams put out the press release that fisher was fired so that fisher couldn't try and save face and say he resigned.

16 full seasons and only 6 playoff years. I am not sure how he made it 16 full seasons without winning a championship and keeping his job. Coaches have been fired who had more success than he did. In 2 years Rex Ryan has 4 playoff wins and Fisher has 5 in 16 yrs.
