If no crime was committed, what was the need for the identification request?

Did he request the same from the other lady?

Since he determined that there was no crime, she can legally deny him identification.

He asked for a name, she gave it to him.

He said I can legally ask you, which is correct. But, it was not necessary as it didn't have anything to do w any investigation.

She was wrongfully arrested, which you can both verbally and physically resist.

She needs to get a good lawyer and sue.
