Poverty effects a child's brain development and subsequently their behavior, mental and physical well being as well

So while i want to agree, at the same time there's a lot of irresponsible, inattentive mid to upper class parents though....whose children go on to be "successes"... I would say even more so than the children of low wage workers, the poor...simply because thy don't face the same daily obstacles as a poor kid ...even stats suggest the poor remain poor, while the rich often times remain rich

1. the overall demonization of the "criminal black man" and the "black crime" problems myth... yes whites commit crime and yes they receive less sanctions.

2. there is an actual crime problem in urban areas. neighborhoods are not as safe as they should be. there is more violence. there are more single parent homes.
