Why not just buy contacts? I'm sure they're cheaper.

Alot of people change their eye color though, whether they get ink injected to make their eyes black, wear colored contacts, and in this case get surgery.

Everytime I see a sista with some off colored contacts I just shake my head. My father and uncles have anywhere from light brown to hazel colored eyes...I got dark brown from my mama...its what God gave me, I'm sticking with em.

Of course I got that "good hair" though.

I remember this kid in high school who was very dark skinned and had real blue eyes. Looked weird as hell.

I hope everyone that goes through this surgery goes blind. Yea I said it.

Actually, it can lead to that and it nearly did for one woman that I am aware of.
I viewed her on the TV and a doctor basically broke it down and explained that anyone who has this procedure done has a huge chance of losing their vision. It had already affected the vision of this young lady and the doctor went on to let her know that is almost more than likely that her vision will continue to deteriorate over the years.

The risk is huge, the benefit? IMO-none whatsoever.
While I don't see the fascination with the devil's eyes, I mean, blue colored eyes there are less invasive, safe ways to go about playing with your look if one finds it that necessary.

To put the desire to permanently alter the appearance of your eyes over the ability to continue being able to see the world is vain, disturbing and plain idiotic. This obsession is disgusting.

Very common in DR. I would say at least half of Dominican men have light colored eyes including the darker brothers.
