I wonder. If the guy has full custody, would the baby mama have to pay child support to him??

^... If a man has custody of child, hell yeah to woman would have to pay child support... It's supposed to be money for the child. I pay the child support, if she wanna blow it, that's fucked up on her part, but I've done my part already.... It's a phucked up situation, but it is what it is...

ofcourse?? whoever has custody of the child, the other parent has to pay child support. If a chick has a baby, and you're not married or she has not filed a report on wanting full custody. you have right to get full custody and make her pay child support duh. lol But you have to do it the legal, a lot of men can get custody of their children. they think just because the woman is the mother she is entitled, in that case so is the father. most of these chicks is aren't financially stable, no work, etc, but you really need that and prove to the judge to get full custody.... its funny because most chicks be trying ya'll and ya'll take it.

there was this huge debate on this exact same ??? a while ago and some peeps got into a uproar about the whole "what the custodial parent spends the $$$ on" and does the parent paying the child support have the right to request receipts be shown in court verifying that the child support is doing just that supporting the child AND NOT PAYING FOR MAMA'S NEW OUTFIT, VACATION, CAR NOTE, ETC.

it's to be expected tho cause they treat it's like tax money or financial aid money and spend it all trying to floss instead of handling business with it...same thing with that child support check expect it's every month instead of once a year..then they try to get slick and get a new nigga to take care of the kid (with his money) while using that child support check as "disposable income"..and yea the person paying child support should have a right to know what it's spent on most people gotta get another job to keep up with that and their own bills or unexpected hiccups in life that cost money (car problems)

word. a woman can chose when she becomes a parent for the most part. men can't .... its unfair but its life. so live ur life accordingly

and wft...as long as the children are not being neglected, the receiving parent does not have to account for how they spend the money. some costs, such as the rent or mortgage, utilities, groceries, etc are partially for the children and partially for the parent. it wouldn't be reasonable to ask a parent to account for every dime when so many of these "mixed costs" are involved....

and really the typical child support payment, which is $350 a month according to the u.s. census bureau, in the US covers much less than half the expense of raising a child. kids are very expensive. custodial parents – usually mothers – are taking on not only the majority of the work involved in childbearing, and the majority of the opportunity costs – they’re taking on the majority of the cash expenses, as well... as long as ur child is always looking good, stays fed and is happy i don't see why the custodial guardian cannot use the money as he or she pleases. if you think differently or feel as though ur child is not being taken care of get full custody

SMH, they should call it life support and not child support. Most of them chicks be leaving they kids with other people 70% of the time. while they go out partying. most of those kids grow up mainly raised by someone other than the mother too. Last but not least, they either have no job or a low paying job talking bout somebody not paying child support.

Not every situation ends with court and a woman spending money recklessly

I personally know people who were able to work things out without a child support order or custody agreement

And the common denominator was a woman whose 1st priority is to be a great mother and had mutual respect for their baby father

Like I said if you you're with the right person who has attributes you admire

These scenarios just don't happen with you

I feel sorry for you guys that are getting done dirty, but I know plenty of guys who have no beef or issues with their baby mothers and have no problem paying child support because they know its being used for the right purposes
