and i think T.I. is a Solid Artist but i think he's overhyped...he aint Wack but niggas be trying to make it seem like he up there as a All-Time great...
Just based off B.o.B's rapping, he wouldn't be on the list, but as an artist, he has a lot of potential. I think Kiler Mike, T.I. and Luda are easily better rappers, but B.o.B. is more creative and diverse as an overall artist than they are.
