i'm guessing it's because christianity is their enemies' (whites in the US) main religion and it's much more convenient to attack the "devil's" religion for them.

I think personally, its because the symbol of a white Jesus is very damaging to the black pysche once one realizes its power.
White Jesus represents the slave master in your mind, ever present watching you and saying yes or no to eternal bliss or damnation.
The white man more often than not is a person of authority in American life, so having a white man as your God makes you more apt to fear the white man. Having a fear of the white man in school, at work, driving home, on the television, in the theatre is not always a conscious act, most often it is subconscious, but it adds up in a short amount of time.
When blacks were given Christianity as a religion, the pastors where only allowed to teach 3 things from the Bible:
Better days are just around the corner.
Forgive those who wrong you.
Love Jesus and ask for forgiveness.
A critically thinking individual would be able to see that sets up the individual to a life and generations of mental slavery. Jesus is attacked because his image has a understandable vendetta from the liberated mind.
I can understand the acceptance of Islam, at least Islam says to seek knowledge, for a life without knowledge is death. i don't know how many people value this message, but you can look at Islamic history, specifically Moors and how they saved people from barbaric christian practices. Also the intensity of worship in Islam gives the more dedicated a strong connection to their God. It probably feels a lot more authentic than whatever they experienced as a christian if they were one, or how they see christians living. If you take the rosary beads and crosses off most americans, you would never know their faith. Most other religions make it way more apparent.

Arab Slave Trade (700's-1800's A.D.) Asia enslaved everyone. Slavic, other Asians and of course, black Africans later on. they get a pass because most of the trade was not based on race but instead economics. some of the masters were black but got betrayed later on (just like the black slave masters in the western hemisphere that got betrayed.)
Trans Atlantic Slave Trade (1500's-1800's A.D.) Europe overwhelmingly specialized in Black African Slaves, but a few Natives & whites were included. these guys are hated because they didn't want to see no prominent people of a darker hue, unlike the Asians, who didn't become anti-black until very late in the trade (1800's)
