Some of them have been locked up without receiving any charges. Thanks to the conservative Harper government for that shit smh. Now Trudeau becomes the prime minister and the flood gates opened. They are now overwhelmed with claims and there's a backlog.

If they want to contribute or have intention of doing that, give them the status. Get a job and pay taxes.
