Lloyd Banks during 2004-2005 would have been a big star if it weren't for being trapped on G Unit.

Maybe of Royce da 5'9 and Joe Budden were on different labels they might be more popular then they are now.

you think?? he does have a platinum cd from G-unit, i dont think he has that drive b.c. if he did he would have wanted to get out of 50's shadow like Game.

The thing with Banks is that he had to fall back out of loyalty to 50, he felt trying to do his own thing would be like him stepping on fif toes. There are rules to being under fifty and that rule is nobody can get as much shine as 50. So if Banks tried to leave he would get treated like 50 treated Game, Buck etc.

with what sales and doesnt sell now in hip hop i doubt there's commercial succes for any of them, dont get me wrong, i fuckin love Slaughterhouse, and Royce is my fav. rapper right now but, unless they start makin poppy songs or some dumb shit like that i doubt they'll sell much, of course is just my opinion about it

Charles Hamilton:

Even though he had co-signs from big names, (Eminem, Kanye, Game, Pharrell) only a few really reached out to him.

I do agree with Wiz, at first I was annoyed with him, but he grew on to me. I hope he'll get full national recognition.

Cosign. That nigga Charles fucked himself though. But interscope has always been iffy on new niggas. They really don't know how to market them. He needed that Star Trak, GOOD Music look.
