Arranged marriages - good / bad idea ?

THere are merits to both, If I can have a mistresses sure, but if I gotta stay with the same broad and no outside play or fulfillment, bump that.
You can raise some power couples, maintain and secure wealth, and set your kids up for the finer things through arranged marriages but as far as love and passion, i think it will be lacking in their lives.

Good points. As for the love and passion, one dude I met said him and his arranged wife didn't love each other for like the first 2 years of their marriage but grew to love each other from being together... I know that's just one situation but who knows.
