I think Samantha had plenty of morals. She was upfront with what she wanted. When she wanted a relationship, she was upfront about that too. she didn't play games (except for once with Smith). Girlfriends was wack and cliched.
The one thing I appreciated about Sex and the City was that it was very contemporary and it was almost like a satire of society as a whole. It's a really well written show(in the beginning seasons anyways).

I know I"m gonna be raked over the coals for this, but would it kill producers to have a show about black women that wasn't all the fuckin' same? I mean it, ALLL the fuckin' same. Take girlfriends set it in Atlanta and you have Single Ladies.
