Or get IFunBox for PC/Mac............install it , then hook your Ipad to your Mac/PC via the usb and then drag and drop your cbr files to a folder of your making and make sure whatever comic book reader your IPad has can access the folder.
The even easier way (one I found on my own) -- upload the cbr files you want to read to your Google Drive and make sure to have the option to read them offline (it will download the file to the ipad) ...just click on your cbr in google drive and the option to read them in your comic book viewer should come up.
