I remember Mos Def and Talib Kweli was supposed to come out with their 2nd album called Blackstar Galactica.

That Juelz and Weezy album can't feel my face but I think a mixtape materialised from that

Weezy and Teddy Pain with that autotune T Wayne shit

That Dre and Snoop album (forgot the name)

That Drakr album or EP or whatever called Its never too late? (Remember the tweet?)

Does 2Pac and BCC one nation deserve a mention? If so then add BIG's Commission

And how can I forget Outkast 10 the hard way? That shit had me waiting after SB/Love Below

Made Men dropped one album, but the way they were advertising those three guys you woulda thought they had a catalog like 40 Water...

Around the time of Dre starting up Aftermath I think there was talk of alot of projects...

Like I think him and Cube had something planned, 'Natural Born Killers' was a dope single by them and also I think there may of been an 'East Coast/West Coast' album too...

On the subject of Dre he seems to of had loads of projects that never dropped, obviously Detox, but also Rakim, King Tee, Time Bomb etc
