Last one I saw was Little Nicky but Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, The Wedding Singer and The Waterboy are all certified in my book. Sandler gets a lifetime pass from me for that and his SNL run which was the SNL era that really got me into sketch comedy TV along with In Living Color.
