gutsy move by the Saints if u ask me...but i'm annoyed by all these damn sportscasters "praising" the damn onside kick cause we all know damn well if the move had backfired on them and the Colts scored that those same jockriders would be tryna nail Sean Payton to the cross sort of like they did to Bellichick when he went for it at 4th & 2 earlier in the season....

true....but that was the 2nd turning point in the game

the 1st was when Garcon dropped that pass, Colts was gon take control on that drive....then that onside kick caught the Colts off guard, Caldwell really got outcoached last night

True, they had his face all on the camera. Peyton was in desperation on that last 4th down, i've never seen him throw like that.

But thats Sean Peyton tho. He pulls everything out the bag. That was the last thing ANYBODY expected. The dude has Diamond Nuts. If it didn't work and Manning gets it at the 40 its a wrap but he figured hey if we gonna go out go out swinging.

That onside kick changed the entire game...nobody saw that shit coming. I'm not gonna sit here and say it was a smart play...but I'm not gonna say shit about it being dumb cause it worked...it robbed an angry looking payton mannin of what very well coulda been a signature drive...and they capitalized with a td and it ultimately won the game. Big ballsy play

i tell you what though i would've went for the onside kick alot quicker than i would the 4th and 2 Belichick went for.....looking back it was perfect timing and the Saints really needed a wacko play like that to change the momentum and help them win the game
