But he was wrong and had to pay the ultimate price for his actions ...that being his life

AND she was wrong too, at least from what I read

Her life wasn't in danger until she made the conscious decision not to listen to the police and entered the house

She sought out the confrontation

That said, I wouldn't want to see her charged with murder

That's been said countless times in this thread and has yet been explained. How is her entering the house she has legally paid for wrong? The police legally cannot forbid you from entering your private property the same way they cannot enter without permission or a warrent. So what exactly did she do wrong?

He .......made the choice...... to enter her house...........at his won peril .

And he paid the ultimate price for that choice.

Don't break into other people's homes without expecting to pay the ultimate price.
