I dont trust American cars, so I would go with a 350.

but when that warranty is up and i gotta come outta pocket im not trying to dip into savings to fix it ya digg

Check for the certified pre-owned BMWs. If its not certified BMW will still sell you a warranty, but be prepared it will only be a small timeframe/low miles and high cost.
