Oxyelite shit is something else. I lost 4 lbs over the weekend just doing my normal routine. Not even trying to lose it either.

Du before you go spending some money playboy. It's not a miracle pill yo, you still have to put in the work and change your diet. It just basically accelerates what your doing if you did it by yourself. Same with roids too you still have to put in the time. @ Wall *daps* since I was laid off for a while when I really got into working out I just wore work out clothes. So I really didn't mentally see how much I dropped until I had an interview and put on my best suit and that shit was a straight Chopper suit B I was like holy shit I lost a lot of weight. My belt position on a 38 waist went from the last 2 slots slot to the very 1st one. Good luck on the 2nd cycle I'm almost done with mine. Im at 17% now , I think I'm going back on ephedrine and just max out on cardio.

Word u always hear people saying these fat burners dont work cause they dont exercise intensely, eat a proper diet. They just take the pills and think their fat will disappear. U still gotta be dedicated. I always advise people to learn how to eat and exercise properly before u go buy supplements. If you carrying enough weight you won't even need fat burners to see drastic changes the first month or two. I only use fat burners when I get under 15%. Its a bitch to lose fat and maintain muscle after that let alone 10%.

Thank you. Its actually been 12 weeks. 8 weeks on OxyElite and these last 4 weeks (Off of OxyElite) I wasnt going as hard as when I was on the OxyElite. I was really just trying to maintain my weight of 190 (after 8 weeks) until I cycled back on the OxyElite but ended up losing 7 more pounds in the process *shrugs* lol

I appreciate it. I wasnt no where near that big. I injured my knee and it took me a long time to get it back to where I could run, play ball, etc... again on it. While I was out of commission I literally ate everything in sight. We all know stuffing your face with no exercise = recipe for disaster. Next thing I know I'm fat as fuck and was disgusted with myself. So I wised up, did some research on a few things (caloric intake, portion control, etc...) and went to work to once and for all rid myself of all of this body fat :tu

I usually start with bench press 4x10. When I lift heavy like 3 plates+ i do 3x5-6.

Sometimes I do dumbell presses. Depends on how I feel though. My gym only has db that go up to 120, so there's no challenge after that weight. I do that 3x10.

I do a lot of fly work. Both dumbell and cable crossovers. Incline, flat, and decline. 3-4x10 for each exercise I do.

Pec-dec machine for 3x10.

Thats been my staple routine. I might throw in some machine workouts on the hammer strengths to mix it up a bit and I usually do that 3x10 as well.

I just started on my OxyElite Pro. My goal is to have a 37 waist (measuring over the belly button) by Wednesday. I hope it works because that is D-day! I want to start back running but I am determine to finish that P90X!

Bulked during the winter. Cutting for the summer. Easy enough plan on only losing 15 pounds get back in boxing shape.

I started my first day of the 8 week cycle on Oxyelite last night and let me just say....I was drenched in sweat within 3 minutes on the treadmill and after my warm-up, I was going crazy in the gym, lol. I felt a lot of energy and was able to do a lot more than I usually do weights/running wise. I can feel the difference and I needed that boost because now I'm actually feeling sore again.

I have a zumba class at 9, so I'll take another 1 around 8:30ish while I get ready for the gym.

I started OxyElite Pro (again) today. And I'll do it the right way this time and exercise some patience LOL. I lost an inch off my waist and neck this month, and 1% of body fat. That's terrible to me, it's not enough.........but I'll use it as comparion against a month of using Oxy doing the same routine.
