    U You can always hit the battle ropes, mixing that up with some core exercises can get the heart rate up. I like to go 30 seconds on the ropes, do a min plank, throw in some legs lifts or Russian twists, rest for a min and do it again 3 or 4 times.

    I'm not sure what type of protein is better, but I'm hearing hemp is more efficient, and easily digested.

    You can mix it up or blend it with other stuff, I'm lazy though, I'll mix some aminos or BCAAs with it in a shaker, and that helps a little .

    Hemp protein is good, I haven't found any that tastes decent lol, but it definitely is a quality alternative.

    Depends what type of results you are looking to get, and also the frequency you are working your whole body out. You don't want to do that every day.

    Cutting out or at least limiting sugar/fructose, eating healthy saturated fats and upping your zinc and vitamin-D intake. Also high-intensity exercises and strength training, with shorter rest periods, can also help at boost testosterone levels. Oh yeah don't forget to get more rest.

    I usually do a 10 or 20 minute warm up circut to start, then hit a machine after my workout

    Stair master unless its leg day then I'll hit the treadmill to dissapate the lactic acid build up.

    Pretty much this, but seated and standing raises target different areas of the calf muscle, so make sure you are mixing it up.
