So I have piles of returned work, returned tests and quizzes, and 6 notebooks full of practice problems, reading notes, lecture notes, etc.
It's taking up a lot of room so I was wondering if it would be worthwhile to keep for some reason (study for MCAT? Sell? Nostalgia?) or should I just dump...

had had anything like that, but did have something last weekend that let out a screech that nearly sent me back to camp....was told it was probably a bobcat, but it would have had of been a big 'un if it was.
I am looking into playing college basketball next year and am curious if there is a specific type of weight training program that i should use. I have lifted before, but not with a program that i was consistant with. Any advice?
A back flip is considered a basic skill in gymnastics, but only because it is a building block to many other skills. It's not a simple move to learn, but once you do, you've achieved one of the big milestones of becoming a good gymnast.
