The East Annihilated the West in the East/West Beef
It's kind of sad that this thread is put up the way it is. It's almost inviting hate the way the question is asked. Nobody won the east vs west / Biggie vs Pac . Death Certificate vs The Chronic

Hip-Hop & sampling, do you ever feel or felt it takes away from the music & the genre?
So a couple of notes: #1 without samples some/most of our favorite songs would not have been the same: NY State of Mind, Dead Presidents, Hit 'Em Up, Juicy, Talkin' All That Jazz etc. #2 There IS a difference between sampling and straight up doing a "Mad Libs" of a song like how Problem did on...- Rapzines

Best Album From 1994
Tough one, I'm going with Outkast. Illmatic and RTD were incredible debuts no doubt, but I remember having to order the tape single from the Wherehouse and waiting a week. My personal taste, this album I can ride to all day without skipping.- Rapzines
