    What developer disappointed you the most this generation??

    Square Enix, and it's not even close. Fuck FFXIII....and fuck most Japanese developers. Y'all had the game on lock and dropped the ball. Actually for all the flak Nintendo gets for being too kiddie, Nintendo still dominated hardware sales and some of their software titles absolutely demolished...

    This is very slightly reminiscent of what happened to Japan at the tail end of high-flying 90's. They had the 2nd largest economy in the world for being such a small nation largely devoid of natural resources.
